Vertical Aerospace ( (EVTL) ) has issued an update.

On October 15, 2026, Vertical Aerospace, via its subsidiary Vertical Aerospace Group Limited, signed new long-term supply agreements with ANH Structure and Northrop Grumman LITEF to provide key systems for its Valo eVTOL aircraft. ANH will design, certify and manufacture bespoke pilot and passenger seating incorporating proprietary 30G energy-absorption technology, while NG LITEF will supply its LCR-110 inertial reference system, approved to EASA and FAA standards, to deliver critical navigation and attitude data.

Announced publicly in a press release dated October 16, 2026, these agreements further deepen Vertical’s supplier network alongside existing partners such as Honeywell Aerospace, Sonaca, Evolito, Hyundai WIA, Syensqo, Isoclima and Astronics. By locking in specialist seating and flight-critical navigation capabilities, Vertical advances Valo from advanced design towards certification and commercial production under its “one platform” strategy, which aims to support multiple passenger configurations and electric, hybrid-electric and autonomous variants, reinforcing its industrial readiness and credibility with customers and regulators.

Spark’s Take on EVTL Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, EVTL is a Neutral.

The score is weighed down primarily by very weak financial performance (no meaningful revenue, negative equity, and significant ongoing cash burn) and bearish technicals (below key moving averages with negative MACD). The earnings call provides some support via clear flight-test progress and near-term liquidity actions, but certification delays and continued funding dependence limit the upside; valuation appears optically low but is less informative given the current fundamentals.
