民航适发〔 2022 〕 15 号 审定政策指导（ CPG - 7 ） 关于《运输类飞机适航标准》 （ CCAR - 25 ） 可接受符合性方法的政策指南 民航各地区管理局，适航审定中心： 为进一步指导和规范运输类飞机设计批准工作，我司组 织编写了此政策指南，提供《运输类飞机适航标准》 （ CCAR - 25 ）的局方可接受的符合性方法的信息。本政策指 南适用于采用 CCAR - 25 或其部分条款作为审定基础的型号合 格证（ TC ） 、补充型号合格证（ STC ） 、改装设计批准书（ MDA ） 及上述证件更改或零部件制造人批准书（ PMA ）等设计批准 申请项目。 本政策指南列出了中国民用航空局（ CAAC ） 、美国联邦 航空局（ FAA ）和欧盟航空安全局（ EASA ）发布的与运输类 飞机适航标准相关的咨询通告（清单详见附件 1 、附件 2 和 附件 3 ） 。清单中的咨询通告内容及版本仅供参考，请根据项 目审定基础中具体 CCAR - 25 适航标准条款选择合适的咨询通 告和符合性方法。在使用 FAA 和 EASA 咨询通告时，请注意 CCAR - 25 条款与相应 FAA 和 EASA 适航标准条款是否存在差 异。 本政策指南列出的咨询通告并未更改规章要求，也未授
